The V3Connect Business Expo 2022

The first V3Connect Business Expo was in 2019. V3 Consulting Services was joined by a great assortment of primarily local businesses. The event was kept upbeat and professional by DJ Veach. Throughout the event, different vendors had a chance to talk for a few minutes about what they do and who they help. The title sponsor for the event was the local Adept Networks owned by Greg Wilkoff. Greg has built a great local company and it was awesome to work with him to make this event a success!

The event went so well that we had 2 planned for 2020. I think that everyone knows what happened to all in-person events due to COVID-19. Coming out of Covid and people are wanting to come together to network, share what they do, and learn about great local companies.

As Covid numbers dropped in Southern Oregon we started the planning process. V3 Consulting Services will be joined by 20 + other companies, we will have 4 – 5 presenters and expect hundreds of guests. Dj Veach will be back keeping things upbeat and professional. The event will be at the Rogue Valley Country Club on Aug 4^th, 2022, from 9 AM to 3 PM. The first 150 people through the doors will get a goodie bag with items donated from the local community. 

The presenters:

Our first presenter is a local entrepreneur, business owner, husband, and father. He will be sharing about:

Building a business in difficult economic times: Main points of his presentation.

·        My background and a bit about my business?

·        What are good steps when we go into difficult economic times?

·        How to turn hard times into good opportunities?

The second presenter is an amazingly talented artist that uses his skills and specialized process and does a deep dive into the client's business to align all elements that will become his brand and how to position it in the marketplace.

Building a brand that connects: If you want real results then you will want to work with David Masters!

·        Things to keep in mind?

·        What the process should look like when dealing with a pro?

The Third presentation is all about data and its use in business:

·        What is data?

·        Why is it important to businesses?

·        What can data tell a business?

The Fourth presenter will be Alan Jackson, he will be presenting on Data Security:

·        Why should data security matter to a business?

·        How to create a good policy?

·        What is Incident Response?

We will be joined by great business vendors such as:

We do all of this work to put this event together because it is an important step in growing the local economy. This is going to be an amazing event! This event benefits SORIN our local 501C3 whose mission is to improve STEAM education, workforce development, and retention as well as support startups and local small businesses. 100% of the ticket value from the event will go toward funding the SORIN mission.

What we have planned for 2023 will be a paradigm shift for our community! The 2023 Expo will be in the 2^nd or 3^rd week of July and it will be a multi-day event. At this event, we will have great vendors, presenters, networking as well as the launch of specialized business support systems! We will also be putting out a call to Oregon investors and startups as we look to develop a pitch contest and much, much, more!
